Harvester
MVS utilise our harvester with our 600 series harvesting head is able to fell trees up to 600mm in diameter and cut them into the desired lengths. Our harvester is able to debark and delimb the trees providing a clean product ready for further processing.
Our harvester is operated by skilled operators and will make the harvesting of your plantation an easy and stress free process.
Harvesting Excavator
MVS utilise our Liebherr 926 Compact excavator with the specialised FL85 harvesting head to fell and delimb trees up to 1m in diameter. This machine and head allow for MVS to provide a harvesting solution for larger and harder to reach trees, break trees, and singular trees on a range of sites.
Forwarder
Our 8 wheel drive forwarder is able to be utilised in both our harvesting operations and on our large scale projects to move debris, vegetation and felled material from even the most difficult terrains. The 8 wheel drive of the machine prevents the machine from losing traction and getting bogged. The harvesters reverseable seat allows for the operator to rotate in the cabin to best visualise the material they are loading onto its bunk. Our forwarders move the material or felled logs to a central location to allow for efficent loading of trucks or to deliver the logs to allow for stock piling.
